Write for us
Prime Stage Review welcomes thoughtful pitches about live performance and the choices that shape it. We are interested in clear, original work for general readers, not publicity copy or unsupported claims.
What to pitch
Send an idea about formats, planning, stagecraft, performance or traditions in concerts, dance, comedy and variety shows. A strong pitch names one focused question, explains why it matters to readers and shows what your piece would add beyond a broad overview.
What makes a good contribution
We value precise language, a distinctive angle and examples that genuinely serve the subject. Explain specialist terms, separate interpretation from fact and avoid treating one venue, culture or performance convention as universal. Do not submit work that relies on invented experience or unverified claims.
How to send it
Use the Contact page to send your proposal and choose the editorial enquiry option. Include a working title, a short outline and a brief note about the intended readership. Please send a pitch rather than a complete unsolicited article.
